I was so happy when they said they could send someone out today (Saturday) as I had already called 6 other companies that were unable to come out until Monday. The customer service was great from the sweet woman that scheduled my service to the technician, Scott, that came out to clean the soiled carpet. He even arrived about an hour early than expected! “I have been using Modernistic for over 20 years. Although they have always done 10/10 job on my carpet, my experience 2 weeks ago was 20/10. Angelo came by himself and not only did an excellent job but cleaned under 2 heavy chests of drawers, a sleeper sofa & power love seat and all with the best mood! Usually 2 techs come but never have 2 techs cleaned under those heavy pieces. He also was able to remove stains that were so bad we were going to replace the hall carpet, not needed now!
