We recommend temporarily removing knick-knacks and other breakables that may be near or on furniture that is blocking the vents. The crew will move the furniture, but it’s safer if the breakable items have been removed prior to our visit.

Your door will need to be propped open slightly during cleaning, so it’s best to secure pets somewhere safe. (Don’t worry—in inclement weather, a door guard is used to minimize disruption to your house.)
